前移式電動叉車是倉儲窄通道作業的常用設備,當前主流動力分爲鉛酸與鋰電兩類。鉛酸款應用時間較長,市場基礎廣泛;鋰電款是近年發展的替代選擇之一,適配不同企業的需求。

核心使用成本維度對比

電池相關成本

首先是採購成本,同額定電壓與容量的前提下,鋰電動力系統通常比鉛酸的高兩到三倍左右。其次是維護成本,鉛酸電池需定期添加蒸餾水、檢測比重、清潔極柱,維護頻率高,部分企業需安排專人或定期外包服務;鋰電基本實現免維護,僅需兩到三個月做一次外觀、接口及電量檢測即可。最後是折舊與壽命成本,鉛酸的標準深充放循環壽命通常在三百到五百次左右,若日常使用強度高,壽命可能有所縮短;鋰電的標準深充放循環壽命通常在一千五百到兩千次左右,能覆蓋更長的使用週期。

能耗上,同工況、同載重作業條件下,鋰電通常比鉛酸的能耗低百分之十到二十左右,主要源於鋰電放電電壓更穩定,動力轉化效率稍高。效率與備電成本方面,鉛酸的常規充電時間通常在八到十二小時,若中途快充可能影響電池壽命,多數企業需配備一到兩組備用電池;鋰電支持一到兩小時補電至八成左右,單組電池即可滿足部分兩班或三班制的作業需求,可節省備用電池的採購與存放成本。

空間與配套成本

鉛酸電池本身重量較大,且充電過程中會釋放少量氣體,需配備專用的通風充電區域,部分場景還需安裝充電架或電池更換設備,佔用倉儲空間較多;鋰電電池重量相對較輕,通風要求較低,可隨車在普通區域小功率補能,或使用小面積的專用快充區即可,能減少對倉儲核心作業空間的佔用。

兩款無絕對優劣,企業可結合自身情況選擇。預算有限、作業強度低、單次時間短,可考慮鉛酸;長期用、強度高、重效率空間,可考慮鋰電。
