關鍵配件防寒更換要點

電池組件防寒更換

低溫環境會加速鋰電芯的容量衰減,更換電池組件時,需選用適配低溫工況的電芯產品。操作前需斷開叉車電源,將待更換組件轉移至常溫過渡區域放置1-2小時,避免低溫組件直接接觸常溫空氣產生凝露,更換完成後需重新校準電池管理系統,確保適配低溫運行參數。

液壓系統配件更換

低溫會使液壓油粘度升高,密封件易因脆化出現泄漏問題。更換密封件時,要選用耐寒耐低溫的材質產品,同時檢查液壓油管的老化程度,若出現裂紋需同步更換。更換後需排空液壓系統內的空氣,避免低溫下出現氣阻影響作業。

電氣配件更換

冷庫內的低溫高溼環境易導致線纜絕緣層脆裂、接頭氧化,更換電氣配件時,需選用耐寒耐潮溼的線纜,接頭處要做好多層絕緣防護,防止凝露引發短路故障。

作業環境防護

檢測規範

維修前需使用專用檢測儀器,對配件的低溫耐受性能進行檢測,比如電池的低溫放電容量、液壓系統的低溫壓力參數等,確保更換後的配件符合冷庫工況要求。

作業後保養
