動力系統故障排查

若叉車出現無法啓動的情況,首先應檢查電池剩餘電量,查看電量顯示模塊是否正常,若電量不足需及時補充充電。若電量充足仍無法啓動,需檢查電池接線端子是否存在鬆動、氧化現象,用乾燥抹布清理端子氧化物後重新緊固,若問題仍未解決,可進一步檢查啓動開關線路是否存在斷路情況。

行走系統故障排查

當叉車行走無力或行駛跑偏時,先觀察驅動輪磨損程度,若輪胎花紋過度磨損需及時更換。同時檢查行走控制器的參數設置是否處於正常範圍,若參數異常需按照操作手冊進行校準。此外,還需留意驅動電機是否存在異響,若有異常噪音可能是電機內部部件磨損,需聯繫專業人員進行檢修。

液壓系統故障排查

若叉車貨叉升降緩慢或無法升降,首先檢查液壓油液位是否處於規定範圍,液位過低需添加符合規格的液壓油。同時檢查液壓油濾芯是否堵塞,定期更換濾芯可避免雜質進入液壓系統。若以上均正常,需排查液壓泵是否存在壓力不足的情況,可通過壓力錶檢測壓力值,若壓力偏低需對液壓泵進行維護。

基礎運維知識

日常檢查要點

每日作業前,需對叉車進行全面檢查,包括電池外觀是否有破損、漏液情況,輪胎氣壓是否充足,液壓油是否有滲漏,各操作手柄是否靈活。作業結束後,應清理叉車表面的雜物與油污,檢查貨叉是否有變形,將叉車停放在指定區域並拉起手剎。

定期維護事項

按照設備使用手冊的規定,定期對叉車進行深度維護,包括更換液壓油、機油濾芯,緊固車架與各部件的連接螺栓,校準傳感器與控制器參數。此外,需定期對電池進行均衡充電,避免電池出現不均衡衰減的情況,延長電池使用壽命。
