動力系統故障排查

啓動困難是動力系統的常見問題,首先可檢查電源剩餘電量,若電量低於預警值需及時充電;隨後查看電源連接端子,若存在鬆動或氧化情況,需清理端子並緊固連接;若前兩項均正常,可進一步排查啓動開關是否存在接觸不良的情況。此外,若出現電量消耗過快的現象,需排查是否存在頻繁重載作業的情況,或是電池出現老化跡象,也可檢查電路是否存在漏電隱患。

行走系統故障排查

行走無力時,先檢查輪胎氣壓是否達標,氣壓不足會增加行駛阻力;再傾聽驅動電機運轉時是否有異常異響,判斷電機是否存在故障;最後檢查控制器的工作狀態,確認信號傳輸是否正常。若車輛出現跑偏問題,需對比左右輪胎氣壓是否一致,檢查轉向系統是否存在卡頓,同時查看驅動輪的磨損程度是否均勻,磨損不均也會導致行走跑偏。

液壓系統故障排查

升降緩慢時,先查看液壓油位是否在規定範圍內,油位過低會影響升降效率;再檢查液壓油質,若油液渾濁或含有雜質,需及時更換;同時排查液壓管路是否存在泄漏痕跡,升降油缸是否有磨損情況。若出現無法升降的情況,需檢查液壓泵是否正常運轉,控制閥門是否存在堵塞,以及相關電路連接是否異常。

作業前需完成基礎檢查:查看電源電量是否充足,確保滿足當日作業需求;檢查輪胎氣壓是否符合標準,避免影響行走穩定性;確認液壓油位在正常區間,查看各管路及連接部位是否存在泄漏;檢查各操作開關、手柄是否靈活好用,無卡頓或失靈情況。

定期深度保養
