動力系統類故障排查與處理

電量不足引發的啓動異常

當LECB18S電動叉車出現無法啓動的情況,首先排查電量顯示:若儀表顯示電量爲0或遠低於額定值,大概率是充電未完成或電池虛電,可連接匹配充電設備補充充電30分鐘後重試;若電量顯示正常,需檢查電池與主機的接線端子,是否存在鬆動或氧化,可斷開後重新緊固清潔觸點,再嘗試啓動。

動力輸出乏力

若叉車行駛或舉升時動力明顯不足,先確認是否存在超載情況,超出額定負載會觸發動力限制,減輕負載後可恢復;若無超載,排查電機接線是否鬆動,或控制器信號是否異常,需斷電後檢查對應線路連接狀態。

操作功能類故障排查與處理

升降動作卡頓

貨叉升降卡頓多與異物卡滯或導軌潤滑不足有關,先停止舉升操作,檢查貨叉軌道內是否有垃圾、螺絲等雜物,及時清理後,可沿導軌塗抹專用潤滑脂減少摩擦;若仍卡頓,排查油缸密封件是否損壞,需聯繫專業人員檢修。

轉向不靈

轉向不靈活時,先檢查轉向輪處是否有石塊、鐵絲等雜物卡滯,清理後嘗試輕打轉向;若仍異常,排查轉向助力杆鬆緊度,調整合適後再操作,避免強行轉向損壞部件。

故障燈常亮

儀表故障燈常亮時,先確認是否有違規操作(如超載、超速),立即停止對應操作,檢查設備外觀是否有異常異響,對應故障提示可參考設備說明書初步定位,若自行無法解決,及時聯繫專業維修人員處理,切勿強行繼續作業。
