通信協議的兼容性也是關鍵環節。BMS與充電器之間需通過統一的通信協議實現實時數據交互,BMS會將電池的荷電狀態、溫度、單體電壓等參數傳遞給充電器,充電器則據此調整充電策略,確保充電過程的安全性與高效性。若協議不兼容,可能出現充電中斷、電池狀態誤判等問題,不僅影響充電效果,還可能對電池造成不可逆損傷。

同時要兼顧環境適配性。針對低溫作業場景,充電器需具備低溫充電保護功能,BMS也需同步調整充電參數,避免低溫環境下充電對電池極板造成損傷;若叉車在多塵或潮溼環境作業,BMS與充電器的防護等級需適配場景需求,防止灰塵、水汽侵入設備,影響其正常運行。
