核心監測功能

全維度狀態實時採集

系統可實時採集電池組內每一節電芯的電壓、溫度、充放電電流等核心參數,數據更新頻率適配叉車高頻作業場景,能精準捕捉電池運行過程中的細微狀態變化。所有采集的數據都會同步存儲歸檔,方便後續作業人員回溯查閱電池全週期運行情況,爲電池性能評估提供可靠的數據依據。

電芯動態均衡管控

系統可根據採集到的電芯狀態數據,動態調節各電芯之間的電量差值,減少不同電芯之間的性能偏差,避免部分電芯長期處於過充過放的邊緣狀態,延緩整組電池的性能衰減速度,保障整組電池的性能一致性處於合理區間。

安全防護功能

多級異常預警提示

系統內置多維度的異常判定邏輯,當檢測到電池出現溫度異常、電流超出安全區間等狀況時,會第一時間通過車載顯示終端發出分級預警提示,提醒作業人員及時採取對應處置措施,提前排查潛在的安全隱患。

聯動安全管控機制

當出現超出預警閾值的嚴重異常狀況時,系統會自動聯動動力輸出單元,按照預設的安全邏輯限制充放電功率,避免異常狀況進一步擴大,保障作業人員與設備的運行安全,減少非必要的設備故障損失。

能效優化功能

動態輸出策略調節

系統可根據叉車不同作業場景的動力輸出需求,動態調節電池的輸出策略,在滿足作業動力供給的前提下儘可能降低無效能耗,提升單位電量下的作業時長,間接優化單組電池的續航表現,同時也能降低後續電池的運維投入成本。
