電池保養細節

電動叉車的電池是核心動力來源,日常需定期檢查電量狀態,避免長時間處於低電量狀態停放。每日使用前觀察電池外觀是否有漏液、鼓包情況,清潔電池端子表面的氧化物,防止接觸不良。若爲液冷型電池,需定期檢查冷卻液液位,確保在標準範圍內,避免因散熱不足影響電池性能。

車身與底盤常規檢查

日常要留意輪胎的磨損情況,查看胎面是否有裂紋、異物嵌入,若磨損達到警示線需及時處理。檢查底盤各緊固件是否鬆動,尤其是轉向、制動部位的連接件,防止出現安全隱患。同時,定期清潔車身表面的灰塵、油污,避免腐蝕性物質附着損傷車漆或金屬部件。

電氣系統維護要點

定期檢查整車線路的絕緣層是否有磨損、破損,防止短路故障。測試燈光、喇叭等電氣部件的工作狀態,確保夜間作業或警示功能正常。關注控制器的散熱情況,清理散熱片上的灰塵,保證散熱良好,避免因過熱影響控制器使用壽命。

耗材更換指南

電池相關耗材更換

電池端子保護劑需每半年更換一次,更換時先清潔端子表面,再均勻塗抹保護劑,防止端子氧化。若電池使用過程中出現電解液不足,需補充專用電解液,補充週期根據使用頻率調整,一般每3個月檢查一次液位,不足時及時添加。

制動系統耗材更換

剎車蹄片的更換週期需根據使用頻率判斷,當蹄片磨損厚度不足原厚度的三分之一時,需及時更換。制動液每12個月更換一次,更換時需排空舊液,注入符合規格的新液,並排儘管路中的空氣,確保制動效果穩定。

液壓系統耗材更換

液壓油每24個月更換一次,更換前需排空舊油,清潔油箱內部,再注入適配型號的新油。液壓油濾芯需與液壓油同步更換,防止濾芯堵塞影響液壓系統的工作效率,更換時注意密封件的安裝,避免漏油情況發生。
