基礎操作流程

操作前準備

正式操作前,操作人員需對電動叉車進行全面檢查,首先查看車身外觀是否存在磕碰、變形等損傷情況,確認貨叉無彎曲、裂痕,貨叉定位銷牢固可靠。接着檢查電池電量是否充足,電量顯示需滿足作業需求,同時查看剎車系統、轉向系統是否靈敏有效,液壓管路有無滲漏現象,確保各部件狀態正常後方可啓動。

啓動與行駛操作

將叉車鑰匙插入點火開關,順時針轉動至通電位置,此時儀表盤亮起,確認各項指示燈顯示正常。踩下制動踏板,將換擋桿切換至所需行駛檔位,緩慢鬆開制動踏板,同時輕踩加速踏板控制行駛速度。行駛過程中需保持視線清晰,注意觀察周圍環境,轉彎時提前減速,避免急轉急停,確保行駛平穩。

裝卸作業操作

接近貨物時,緩慢行駛至合適位置,調整貨叉間距與貨物寬度匹配,然後操縱升降杆,將貨叉平穩插入貨物底部,確認貨叉完全進入後,緩慢提升貨叉,使貨物離開地面一定高度即可,避免過度提升。搬運過程中保持貨物平穩,避免晃動,到達卸貨點後,緩慢降低貨叉至地面,確認貨物放置穩固後,抽出貨叉完成作業。

停車操作

作業結束後,將叉車行駛至指定停車區域,踩下制動踏板使車輛停穩,將換擋桿切換至空檔位,拉起手剎,然後關閉點火開關,拔出鑰匙。最後檢查貨叉是否降至最低位置,確認車輛處於安全狀態後方可離開。

作業安全注意事項

操作前安全檢查

除常規外觀和部件檢查外,操作人員需確認自身狀態良好,無疲勞、酒後等不適情況,穿戴好必要的防護裝備,如防滑鞋、安全帽等。同時檢查作業區域是否存在障礙物、積水等安全隱患,確保作業環境安全。

行駛過程安全規範

行駛時需嚴格遵守廠區限速規定,在狹窄通道或人員密集區域需低速行駛,避免鳴笛驚嚇他人。禁止載人行駛,禁止在叉車貨叉上堆放超出規定範圍的貨物,行駛過程中不得隨意調整行駛方向,避免急加速或急剎車。

裝卸作業安全要點

裝卸貨物時需確認貨物重量在叉車額定載重範圍內,禁止超載作業。提升或降低貨叉時需平穩操作,避免貨物掉落傷人,堆放貨物時需確保貨物堆疊穩固,防止倒塌。作業時與貨物保持安全距離,避免身體部位靠近貨叉或貨物。

應急情況處理

若作業過程中出現車輛故障或異常情況,需立即停止操作,將叉車停至安全區域,關閉電源,撤離至安全位置,並及時上報相關負責人,等待專業人員維修處理。若發生貨物掉落等緊急情況,需迅速遠離危險區域,避免受傷。
