質保適用範圍說明

用戶在選購合規的3噸電動叉車之後,對應搭載的動力電池享有廠家公開標註的專屬質保權益,質保週期從車輛完成正式交付、用戶簽字確認收貨當日開始計算,僅適用於非人爲因素導致的電池性能異常、原廠裝配缺陷等情況。質保權益僅限車輛首任登記使用人享有,不可隨車輛二次交易私自轉移,相關權益憑證需要用戶妥善保管,後續申請質保服務時需主動出示。

質保權益的界定規則

日常使用中如果出現人爲磕碰、私自拆解改裝電池組、使用非原廠適配的充電設備這類不當操作引發的電池故障,不在官方質保覆蓋範圍內。服務網點工作人員會按照統一的檢測流程判定故障成因,符合質保要求的情況,會爲用戶提供免費的故障排查、零部件更換等對應服務,不會額外收取不合理費用。

日常充電注意事項分享

充電前的基礎檢查要點

每次準備給電池充電前,要先檢查充電接口有沒有積水、異物、金屬碎屑殘留,確認電池外殼沒有明顯的開裂、鼓包、滲液情況,同時覈對當前使用的充電設備參數和電池額定充電參數完全匹配,再按照正確的插拔順序連接充電線路,不要暴力拉扯充電接口。

充電過程的操作規範

充電過程中要把車輛停放在通風乾燥、遠離易燃易爆物品的指定充電區域,不要覆蓋電池組影響散熱,安排專人定時查看充電進度,避免出現長時間過充的情況。如果充電途中發現電池出現異常發燙、異味等情況,要第一時間切斷電源,聯繫官方售後人員上門排查,不要私自拆機處理。

充電後的後續養護細節

電池完全充滿之後,要先斷開充電端的線路,再拔掉車輛端的充電接口,把接口防塵蓋復位。日常使用時儘量避免把電池電量完全耗盡再充電,保持淺充淺放的使用習慣,能有效維持電池的活性,延長整體使用壽命。
