作爲長期深耕電動倉儲搬運設備領域的從業者,日常接觸最多的就是不同噸位的鋰電叉車使用維護需求,其中2噸車型適用場景廣,是很多中小型倉儲製造企業的主力設備,做好其年度維護對保障作業效率、降低故障率、控制全生命週期成本較爲重要。年度維護一般建議在車輛累計作業2000小時或使用滿12個月時開展,需結合日常保養情況確定優先檢查項。

年度維護的核心在於系統性的檢查與必要的配件更換,具體可分爲外觀與車身附屬件、電池系統、動力與傳動系統、行走與轉向系統、液壓與制動系統五大類。外觀與車身附屬件的檢查主要是爲了消除表面安全隱患,維持車輛整潔規範。首先需全面清理車身內外的灰塵油污,尤其是電池倉門、座椅下方、液壓油管接頭等死角,避免油污腐蝕加速老化,灰塵影響散熱或遮擋關鍵部件標識。檢查車身外殼是否有變形、開裂、脫漆等情況,若有脫漆面積較大需及時做防腐防鏽處理,若變形影響門架、座椅等關鍵部位操作需調整修復。附屬件方面,重點檢查後視鏡、轉向燈、制動燈、警示燈、喇叭、操作手柄、座椅安全帶、方向盤是否正常有效,如有鬆動、損壞、失效需及時更換或緊固。

電池系統是2噸鋰電叉車的核心動力源,也是年度維護成本佔比較高的部分,需由具備資質的專業人員操作。首先清理電池表面及連接端子的灰塵、氧化物,檢查連接端子的緊固程度,若有鬆動需按標準扭矩擰緊,若氧化嚴重可用專用中性清潔劑處理後塗抹防氧化脂。然後使用專業檢測設備對電池組的單體電壓、整體容量、電池管理系統進行全面檢測,查看是否有單體電壓偏差過大、容量衰減、通信異常等問題。若單體電壓偏差較小可做均衡處理,容量衰減在合理範圍內無需更換,若偏差大、容量低至額定容量的七成左右、硬件故障則需考慮更換對應部件,具體方案需結合檢測報告確定。
