一、液壓油泵異響排查方法

液壓油泵出現異響時,首先要通過聽覺初步判別異響特徵:若出現尖銳刺耳的嘯叫聲,多與液壓油進氣或油液不足有關;若爲低沉的悶響,則可能是內部零件磨損或液壓閥卡滯所致。

第一步,檢查液壓油狀態。打開液壓油箱蓋,觀察油位是否處於標尺上下限之間,若油位過低,需及時補充同型號液壓油;同時查看油液顏色與透明度,若油液發黑、渾濁或含有雜質,說明油質已變質,需徹底更換。

第二步,排查管路進氣問題。逐一檢查液壓管路的接頭、密封件,若發現鬆動或破損,需及時擰緊或更換密封件;隨後啓動叉車,反覆操作升降機構,幫助管路內的空氣排出,觀察異響是否緩解。

第三步,檢查油泵磨損情況。若排除油液與進氣問題後異響仍存在,需停機並拆解油泵,檢查內部齒輪、軸承等部件的磨損程度,若零件間隙超過標準範圍,需更換對應磨損部件。

第四步,驗證液壓閥工況。檢查液壓系統中的溢流閥、換向閥等部件,若閥芯出現卡滯或磨損,會導致油壓異常,引發油泵異響,此時需對閥芯進行清潔或更換。

二、液壓管路濾芯更換技巧

液壓管路濾芯的主要作用是過濾油液中的雜質,避免其進入油泵與液壓閥,定期更換濾芯是維護液壓系統的關鍵。

首先做好前期準備:將叉車停放在平坦地面,關閉電源並拉起手剎,操作升降機構將貨叉降至最低,緩慢釋放液壓系統壓力,避免拆卸時油液噴出;準備好適配型號的新濾芯、扳手、接油容器等工具。

然後進行更換操作:找到濾芯所在位置,通常位於液壓油箱出油口或管路中間,將接油容器放在濾芯下方,用扳手擰下舊濾芯,注意避免殘留油液灑漏;用乾淨的抹布擦拭濾芯安裝座的表面,確保無雜質殘留;將新濾芯的密封圈塗抹少量液壓油,緩慢擰入安裝座,直至擰緊(無需過度用力,防止密封圈破損)。

最後完成後續檢查:安裝完成後,添加適量液壓油至標準油位,啓動叉車並反覆操作升降機構,排出管路內的空氣;運行5-10分鐘後,檢查濾芯安裝處是否有油液泄漏,同時觀察液壓系統運行是否順暢,確認無異常後即可投入使用。

日常維護中,建議按設備使用手冊規定的週期,定期檢查液壓油泵工況與濾芯狀態,及時排查隱患,纔能有效延長液壓系統的使用壽命,保障叉車的穩定運行。
