常規搬運場景的屬具搭配

整託貨物轉運場景。如果日常作業以標準托盤裝卸、整託貨物短途轉運爲主,不需要額外加裝特殊屬具,僅選擇載荷匹配的標準貨叉即可。部分需要適配非標準尺寸托盤的用戶,可以選擇可調節間距的貨叉,靈活調整叉距適配不同規格的托盤,這類配置成本較低,維護難度小,適合大多數通用倉儲、物流裝卸場景。

零散貨物堆垛場景。如果作業涉及零散紙箱、編織袋類貨物的高層堆垛,除基礎貨叉外,可以加裝防滑叉套,增加貨叉與貨物底部的摩擦力,避免貨物滑落,提升堆垛作業的安全性。還可以加裝側移器,方便在狹窄通道內調整貨叉位置,無需頻繁移動叉車車身,有效提升作業效率,減少通道空間佔用。

特殊品類貨物的屬具搭配

軟包或圓柱狀貨物搬運場景。如果需要搬運紙張卷、布料卷、管材這類圓柱形貨物,或是化肥袋、水泥袋這類軟包裝貨物,可以選擇抱夾屬具,根據貨物的材質、尺寸、重量選擇對應夾力的抱夾,避免夾損貨物。部分帶有旋轉功能的抱夾還能滿足貨物翻面、傾倒的作業需求,適配更多特殊作業要求。

長條形貨物搬運場景。如果需要搬運型鋼、板材、超長管材這類長度超過2米的長條形貨物,可以選擇加長貨叉或者推出器,部分需要側方裝卸的場景,還可以加裝旋轉叉,方便在受限空間內調整貨物角度,降低作業難度,減少剮蹭風險。

特殊工況的屬具搭配

高溼或低溫作業場景。如果叉車主要在冷鏈倉庫、生鮮加工車間、沿海高溼區域作業,屬具要選擇防鏽、耐低溫的材質,避免長期在特殊環境下出現鏽蝕、脆裂的問題。有需要的用戶還可以加裝貨叉加熱裝置,避免低溫環境下貨物與貨叉凍結在一起,影響裝卸效率。

危險品搬運場景。如果需要搬運易燃易爆、帶有腐蝕性的危險品,屬具要選擇具備防靜電、防腐蝕特性的款式,同時可以加裝貨物穩定器,避免運輸過程中貨物掉落、泄漏引發安全事故。
